If you downloaded this file:

This setup does include the proper VB runtime MSVBVM50.DLL dated 
7/19/97 or later.  Run the setup as normal and all the proper support 
files will be installed on your hard drive.

If you received this program on diskettes:

Simply run the Setup.exe program.  

This program is intended to run in a 640 x 480 VGA display.  Any other
display may not prove satisfactory.  You can change your display
in the windows control panel.  The program was written using a resizing
tool, so you can resize most of the forms and they will redraw to your specs.

This program is compiled in Win95, and has a Win95 help file.  This
will not run in Windows 3.x.  Only install this program in a
Win95 system or better.
